Start your year with intention, courage, and community by celebrating the ancient tradition of 108 Sun Salutations this New Year’s Day!

Together, we’ll embrace the light within our practice and create meaningful connections in a chaotic world.

This moving meditation is accessible to all levels, with modifications offered to meet you where you are in your journey. We’ll flow through 4 sets of 27 Sun Salutations set to 4 separate intentions. Energizing body, mind, and spirit as we release the past year and welcome the future with open hearts.
